Forgive me if this has been addressed - a quick search did not yield the information. I rent from Budget increasingly frequently but find it maddening that I cannot access all of my reservations without the confirmation numbers even when signed into the site. Am I doing something incorrectly? I
In other words, I sometimes forget (or just want to confirm) a reservation just before departure but cannot access the info without confirmation numbers (the e-mails of which I sometimes delete).
The downside (for Budget) is that I tend to just make another reservation to be sure.
Please let me know if I am just missing it. Thanks.
