Really not a TR of any sort, I just wanted to say I had a fantastic experience with LX the other day on route from GVA-ZRH-TLV.
After the disappointment of them substituting the L/H aircraft for S/H on my last trip, I was a little reluctant booking with them again but I'm glad I did.
The on board experience was truly excellent even on the short GVA-ZRH hop, the ZRH-TLV in new C was brilliant, and service was just as good as I've experienced in Swiss First.
Cabin Crew were fantastic, really could not do enough, and I don't think I was refereed to not by name even once (including on the GVA-ZRH flight).
I think the one place where Swiss disappoint a little are the ground services operated by Swissport, who often just seem they couldn't care less.
anyway, on the whole, a big ^ to Swiss from me.
