Does anybody know where I can purchase TSP Cleaner (Trisodium Phosphate) in Japan?

Found it online at a Rakuten site.

Thanks, I've got to learn how to read Japanese. :p

I find a lot of the cleaning products in Japan are mild. Soft on hands, very diluted in comparison to the stuff I am used to. Even the bleach here I find it not as "bleachy" as the stuff in Canada.

You can find almost anything in China. Even the super duper cleaning stuff - real caustic stuff and it cleans really good but carrying in on an airplane is not allowed.

Or learn to use Google. Just put the words into the translator:
http://translate.google.com/?hl=en&tab=wT#en|ja|Trisodium%20Phosphate

Then search for the result:

You can find most anything in Japan too, if you know what you're looking for. They do baby the casual consumer a bit more though, to keep them from getting burned (figuratively and literally...)
