Virgin Australia Velocity - Best seats in premium economy on the B777-300ER?

Looking for advice on which seats are the best on Virgin's B777-300ER premium economy. Does row 10 have the best legroom? Thanks in advance.

Row 10 has the best access in and out. The PE seats recline a fair way and it can be a bit awkward squeezing past a reclined aisle seat in Rows 11 to 14.

I've sat in Rows 12 and 14 previously and had no legroom issues (and I'm tall). Note that Row 14 doesnt recline as much as its the last row.

Row 10 has the bulkhead, inflight entertainment that has to be stowed in the seat arm, and the bassinet positions for babies.

I would take Rows 11 - 13 before Row 10, but that's just my preference.

Thanks for that! Does row 10 have more legroom than rows 11-14? I like having the ease of access to the aisle from the window seat.
