does this guarantee entry just to US Airways Club lounges or is it possible to use all *A lounges? :confused:

You don't get a US Club card with a 90 day membership, everything is done via your DM number - which only US Airways (and not United, LH, etc...) can see your status via...

My guess is that you can. Like Trial Preferred where the benefits of Preferred are conferred immediately, 90-day Trial membership at a US Club should have the same family/guest privileges during those 90 days as those of a regular US Club member.
