Anybody received mileage credit for the "Miles bonus scheme" yet? "Between 7 December 2011 and 7 March 2012, if you complete a minimum of 11 flights, you'll earn bonus miles for all subsequent flights during the promotion period. Starting from the 12th flight, you will earn double miles for Coral Economy and triple miles for Pearl Business and Diamond First Class."
The miles should have been credited after the end of the promo (Mar 7). Have not seen any bonus on my account yet.

Terms & conditions apply. This offer is only open to select members of Etihad Guest and is based on invitation via email from Etihad Guest. Bonus Miles are offered for eligible flights during the promotion period (Dec 7 –Mar 7, 2012). The ‘bonus miles’ earned will be Etihad Guest Miles and not Tier Miles. Members only earn bonus miles on base and class bonus . Qualifying flights must be Etihad Airways (EY) marketed and operated flights and does not include redemption flights and free flights. The examples provided for earning and redemption are for indicative purposes (for exact details, refer to the Mileage Calculator online at etihadguest.com). Bonus miles for each segment can only be earned once and cannot be earned in conjunction with any other promotion. This promotion is valid for all cabins and routes. 1 flight is equivalent to 1 segment, for eg: London-Abu Dhabi is 1 flight. Bonus miles will be credited at the end of the campaign.
