I made a reservation on Outlet hotel. They offered indeed a good price!
However, one could only pay with VISA and I got a Mastercard. This should have been a warning. Why would a reputable website only offer 1 payment opportunity?? But I asked and Ms Diller informed me that I could also pay with PayPal and she submitted a Paypal screen allowing me to pay, which I did. This morning in bed I got scared as apparently my brains started working again. I Googled and found various messages about scam.
Decided to mail the hotel and LUCKELY, LUCKELY they confirmed my booking which was made via Hotelbeds Spain.

The Pay Pal information revealed that the Company behind the webside is Ideal Turism Tekstil Mak and with website www.roomsrecord.com. This is another Hotelbookingsite. Conclusion is that all credit card companies except Visa have blocked payment possibilities due to improper behaviour of this Turkish Tourist and Textile Company. Apparently they have misused the customer's credit card details for making new unauthorised payments.
I would say: Draw your own conclusions.

Saw to day that Master Card can be used again too!
May be they sorted things out with the CC company.

To day Outlet informed me they cncelled my booking without giving any reasons.
Money has been returned to my Pay Pal account.
