Amtrak Guest Rewards - Will Amtrak ever fix their web site?

Yeah, I know this is a nit, but I am tired of having to buy two one-way tickets to keep it from raising prices when one direction is eligible for the AAA discount and the other isn't. It's bad enough I have to remember to toggle my profile to avoid the "discount" that raises the fair.

I'd also appreciate it if the Amtrak profile allowed all of the special characters the AGR profile does, since I merged my accounts but can't use the same password.
