Other Hotel Programs - Kimpton Intouch + Topguest

Hi

Anyone checked in with Kimton Intouch on topguest and gotten credits?

I checked in at Ink 48 hotel in NYC almost every other day but so far only received 2 credits.

What gives?

I've had the same experience, outside of NYC as well. The two programs don't seem well synced.
