Will be flying in/out of Cartagena and I have some questions:-
Is there a money changer or ATM at the airport? I will need some local cash once I arrive.
Does the airport have duty free liquor that I can purchase when leaving the country? Will be leaving on an international flight from Cartagena.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, there is a money exchange window at the airport, though as usually at airports, it's not the best rate.
I was in january in CTG. Though the website says there is, I didn't see any duty free at the terminal (I flew Copa to PTY). The airport is been remodeling, maybe that's why.
What about ATM's after customs?

What about ATM's after customs?
Damn why is info so simple so hard to find? Stupid airport doesn't even seem to have a website!
The baggage collection hall is indeed being remodelled, I didn't see an ATM between getting off the plane and getting to the taxi queue. I don't know about international arrivals if you go to the same baggage hall or not. One would presume so.
There MUST be an ATM inside the terminal on the departures side but as I had pesos on me I wasn't really on the lookout for one.
There were some money exchange houses on Carrera 7 (From Plaza de los Coches, with your back to El Reloj head forwards and right) They had a surprisingly respectable exchange rate not much below the TRM
ATMs in the old town are few and far between, I have vague recollections of seeing a Bancolombia ATM somewhere but was pretty amazed at how few I saw (pretty much none) I am with Citi in the UK and Colombia and would have had to slog it up to Bocagrande to use one of their ATMs
Edit to add: A note of caution, there was a guy pitched me for the exchange of dollars to pesos in the street in CTG and offered a rate way above the official rate and then suggested something ridiculous like he buys COP$ wholesale in Panama. Probably his pesos are about as authentic as the pretend Cuban cigars that are peddled everywhere.
