I had a Gold status for 2011 and didn't qualify for 2012. As far as I understand, in Club Carlson program your status changes on March 1. So, on March 1 my status has changed to Silver. The problem was that I had a 7-night stay from 2/25-3/3. So, I've checked in as a Gold member and checked-out as a Silver member. I thought I should receive 50% bonus for first 4 nights (as a Gold member) and 25% bonus for the last 3 nights (as a Silver member). However, their smart computer system just gave me 25% bonus on all 7 nights. I've contacted customer service and they told me that I didn't quialify for Gold status for 2012 and my current status is Silver, so the number of points I got is correct. I don't think so, however they didn't reply anymore. Am I correct in this situation?
