TG640/641 have recently been served by a two-class Boeing 777-300.
I have an upcoming F-trip and the flight is currently scheduled as an B777-300 with first class.

If TG, on the day of departure, will use a two-class B777, what kind of compensation may be given by TG staff in NRT?

Any experience???

I assume one will be seated in C :)

Thanks
HJ

To work out the comp, it is essential to know what style of ticket you have , a F ticket just for the One sector will receive more than a European add on sector. When this happened in MEL and DPS years ago they gave us 500, one way upgrade vouchers and a series of other entitlements. If you are worried about this now, contact the Tokyo office, sort it out beforehand

It would certainly be interesting to sort out compensation offers in advance of a 'possible' equipment change. I'd love to hear how it goes.

This would fall under 'plan B; contingency 7'.
