Caribbean - Dominican Republic - All inclusive resort for family.

I have never been to DR and looking for a all inclusive resort. I am planning to take a 5 night vacation with my wife and 8 year old daughter for her 8th birthday in second week of June.

Any recommendations would be appreciated?

Note that my wife doesn't drink alcohol or even soda so I am not sure if I am making a wise choice in selecting an All Inclusive as the primary reason why many folks chose AI is for the alcohol.

Hard Rock is by far the most beautiful resort in PC but there are many nice resorts all over the country.
