Which style of MileagePlus number did you try putting in? The all-numeric one you had before 3/4/12, or the Continental OnePass-style (letters and digits) number you've had after 3/4/12?

A lot of sites are having trouble handling the new number format. If that's what you tried entering, try using your old number format (assuming you still remember that or can look it up somewhere, say at MileagePlus Dining which is still using the old number format).

The UA forum has this thread keeping track of what partners do and don't accept the new-format number:

Although I'm not sure whether anyone mentioned BW one way or the other in there, just by reading you can see just how many of UA's partners don't yet support the new-format numbers.
