LAN LANPASS - LAN B767 seats 44JL and 45JL?

I flew LA 2510 today and was assigned seat 43J. Seats 44 JL and 45 JL behind me were crew rest seats but they were assigned to customers. I'm not finding info on these seats on SeatGuru (in fact the 767 seat map only has seats up to row 40). But how does a customer get assigned those seats? They are recliner seats with foot rest and a lot more legroom.

The aircraft you flew on has two rows less in business class, thus has more economy rows. This variation of the 767 isn't on SeatGuru
