SAS EuroBonus - EB hotel reward for family of 5 (2 + 3 kids)

Hi,

On the Eurobonus web site it says I can book hotel rewards for two persons. Is this is also true in practice? Or can I book a reward for my whole family - me, my wife and our three kids using EB points? Has anyone tried (with success)? If so, any tips on how best to do it?

Over the years, I have booked quite many award nights at Radisson for my family (5 pax). After completing the Eurobonus-reservation (2 rooms for two persons each), I have sent a request directly to the hotel and asked for an extra bed in one of the rooms. Then I paid at the hotel at check in. Could be anything between 25 and 55 euros including the buffet breakfast. In a few cases it was free. This has worked fine at Radisson in Oslo (2 different) and 1 Rica, London, Stockholm and Gothenburg (Rica). At Radisson Rome the standard rooms are too small for an extra bed.

I have the same family constellation as you and it has worked fine every time if you follow Tango Aplha's instructions. It all depends on the age too of your kids!
