DAR-JNB-CPT with SA

If you can make it to Zanzibar (~$10 for a ferry), take 1st time airways to JoBurg. If I recall it was very inexpensive. From JoBurg take another budget airline to Cape Town.

If you have (or can get) UA miles, a oneway coach award DAR-CPT on SA is 12500 (plus maybe $40 tax). That said, right now there seems to only be business class availability for most dates in August, but some coach might open up later.
