My mother received on her KL flight to AMS an amenity coupon, she does want/can't use it her self, am I allowed to sent it under me name?

You mean the distress voucher you get when there is a long delay or PTV not working? It's not registered by name, so you can use it for your own account.

I've gotten them twice for both me and my partner, always fill those out for myself :D
