Air France Frequence Plus - A380 to Singapore on april 1st

AIRFRANCE starting 01APR12 is introducing Airbus A380 service on Paris CDG – Singapore route, operating 3 times a week. With the introduction of A380 service, planned AF service from 7 weekly to 10 weekly is cancelled. The flight increase was originally to begin from 28MAY12.

Still evening arrival in SIN... Very inconvenient if you want to connect on regional flights. A night in a hotel is needed in many cases.

How much A380's has Air France now? I think six!? And the next two A380's they will get in April and May, right?

PS: The AF-website still says "Starting 04 June 2012, Air France will offer A380 flights three times a week".
Maybe they get the next A380 a little bit earlier so they could change from 04 June to 01 April?

PPS: Will the next new AFA380 have the NEV4 seats in Affaires-class?

Just a quick FYI, 15MAR12's AF schedule update shows A380 is not operating from 08APR12 to 23APR12 and 04MAY12 to 14MAY12. They quietly changed it in the system so no one really knows what's going on.

On a side note, LH is flying 747 instead of A380 to SIN from 02APR12 to 23APR12 as well. Whether this is just a coincidence or something is going on in SIN, no one knows.

Regarding the website (Airline Route), thanks for the reminder regarding link referencing. For the next couple of weeks there will be some changes to it, including exclusive contents, while evolving from "blog" to full "site". Myself and the company I'm partnering with is extremely sensitive about copyright/reference matter, given the information for the expanded contents are not accessible for general public.

I'm gonna check but I think I received some notice about work being done in SIN during that 01APR - 23APR period. That would explain both aircraft changes.
