West - DIA today

My son will be flying frontier airlines at 7:15 tonight, but has to drop off his car at 2:30.
He wants to watch the Michigan basketball game. What are his options to get access to espn 3 network? He is a fanatic Michigan fan.
Also does frontier ever let you check your luggage earlier than 4 hours and do they have curbside checkin? Thanks
