I wondered if anyone had any experience to share before I brave the call centre. I have a 4 sector SA Airpass booked on LAN after I arrive into GRU. I arrive on BA and the website booked me into a mix of economy V and H in what looks like a standard multi-sector booking (but the fare conditions do mention Airpass). I have sent an e-mail attempting to clarify whether baggage allowances are as for standard economy tickets or enhanced as per Airpass rules but without any reply 3 weeks later.
I would like to upgrade the first sector (GRU - SCL) if possible as I will have just got off a transatlantic flight.
Has anybody attempted similar and if so what was your experience? Thanks.
