I´ve seen the $10,000 rate plenty of times...just go back to the main site and start all over and hope the website works properly.

But yes, it can be very annoying when this happens on a regular basis. After trying to enter a promo code on my FPC profile page with no success for the last few weeks, I finally gave up and e-mailed FPC to take care of it.

Happened to me a bunch of times looking for rates at Fairmont Orchid, where booking ahead more than a year, the rate for a Fairmont Garden View room was $10,000 per night.. yes exactly the same. I couldn't imagine anyone booking that rate, even for fun..:)

LOL your date is too far in advance, the hotel has not posted it's actual rates yet. Try again when your date is less that one year away :D If you are booking flights and want to hold a room go ahead and book it at 10k per day and refresh the rate when your date draws nearer (and keep watching for specials). I guess you mean this offer (https://www.fairmont.com/promotions/selects/), basically a 3rd/4th night free offer when paying with any AMEX card.
