Practical Travel Safety Issues - Clearing times at FLL

I asked this a few weeks ago over on the Florida board, but no answer....

...so I'm gonna ask here (sorry mods!).

Does anyone have any recent clearing experiences at FLL? I have 2 hours between connections, and was hoping to get a bite to eat. At Miami, I'd be concerned, but this is FLL- Is this enough time?

Depending on terminal and day/time it could be anything from about 0 wait to a complete zoo.

Terminal 4, concourse H (NK), 5:22pm. Arriving from Colombia.
