Dear FT members.
I tried to find the answer to my question in the threads, but couldn't quite do so.
So here goes:
I flew the above route on january 2nd on class Y.
No FFP have been awarded so far for some reason.
I have registered the missing points via the members page about 2 weeks ago, but still no points. How long is the average waiting time for points to register when the form has been sent? The helpdesk sadly couldn't give me an answer, so I thought I'd ask you guys before I spend more time trying to get my points.
Big thanks in advance.
Sincerely
Lars
Edit: DXB, not DBX obv.

In my experience the "self service" retro registration on the members pages usually works very fast. We are talking a day or two for the points to register. In one instance the points even registered only a few hours later.
But were there any problems when you filled out the form ? Was the input accepted without any error messages ?
For SK flights is takes 1-3 days
For other *A flights it takes 8-10 weeks coz EB in Bangkok needs to handle your request manually :td: so you need to very patient with your LX flights.

I had a flight on Agean metal, but on a LH codeshare ticket. If my memory is correct it took some/several month to be credited.
When I contacted Eurobonus about why it took so long time, the answer was that the request had been send to Agean and they were waiting for an answer from that airline.

Hello again.
Thank you for your replies. I truly appreciate it.
I got a reply from SAS Eurobonus today, stating that my flights weren't eligible for points. I am somewhat surprised about this, since I clearly thought class Y on LX was eligible.
Am I missing something here?

Strange...
What was the booking class? Mosty likely not Y - this is most expensive booking class in economy; would not make sense to buy this.
Was it a SK codeshare flight/u were booked under SK flight No. but operated by LX? In the past this would result in no EB points, but I thought this was solved by now.

The cheapest booking classes, like L, on Swiss Economy don't earn any EB points at all.
F, A, J, C, D, Z, P: 200%
Y, U, B, M, H, Q: 100%
V, S, W, T, E, K, G: 25%
All other classes are excluded.

Even if it says Y on your boardingpass, it does not tells anything about the bookingclass, only that you are seated in economy.
On SAS the boardingpass is a littlebit different.
You have to look on your ticket to find your bookingclass.
