Air New Zealand Air Points - Manager in charge of KC access to partner lounges

Hi Everyone. Who would be the Manager in charge of Koru Club access to partner lounges? Does anyone have their contact details?

I'm going in circles with the contact centre staff over a suggestion we've made which is being interpreted as a query, so have decided to try and go direct.

Verity Jade (known as VJ) is the Manager of Koru lounges. Whether she is also in charge of access to partner lounges I don't know. But if she isn't she'll know who is.
