Hi all,

I am trying to send an email to FB to request for a status match for me and my boss (we are sapphire and esmerald oneworld holders) but I donīt find the way to contact with FB.

Does anybody know the way or the email to contact with FB?.

Hello Pabblo. You can always contact flying blue through the webform on the KL or AF website. Alternatively, you can call them.
For each country the contact info is different, so it is best to look it up on their website. (On the KL site it is: Customer support > contact us)

However unfortunately, Flying Blue does not perform any status match.

I have not been able to use that web-form since the website overhaul, it gives me a "booking engine error". Lol.

...actually not that lol, quite sad in fact.

The website doesn't work properly on Google Chrome. You have to use IE or Firefox.

Or throw away all you cookies. That solved something similar for me once.

Firefox also gives me trouble with the online form.

I have tried these things, but unfortunately, no go.

When I click on the email link it asks me to enter FB details (unless I'm already signed in) and then it asks me to confirm my email address. I enter my address twice (Which is already on file, however I also tried another address) and when I submit the form it returns with the booking engine error.

Tried Chrome, Firefox, with and without cookies and cache. What time does the FB desk at AMS open? Any chances I can get acces to somebody there before 7AM? (early flight out) :X

Had the exact same experience. Complained to the KLM webteam but apparently to no avail.
