I haven't been able to access the site in a couple days.
I've not had any problems. You can always check:

I was on it a couple times yesterday, and once this morning. No sign of problems.
While I don't like to dump all cookies, sometimes when I'm having problems with a particular site I go in and search out those with the specific words and dump those. That often clears things up.
The administrator doesn't "ban" people. He does on occasion delete posts that are strictly advertising. If the OP has only put out that one ad post I imagine he might ban that OP. I don't know that for a fact though.
