Hey FTers,
Flew SFO-LAX-NRT two weeks ago and unfortunately had my first bad experience with NH. On the LAX-NRT leg, my IFE was not working which made for a very long 11 hour flight. When I was deplaning at NRT, I was paged and one of the NH ground staff stated that my checked luggage didn't make the connection due to the 'short connection time at LAX which is BS, as I had 2.5+ hours to connect between flights.
It took NH 2.5 days to deliver the luggage to me which basically made the beginning of my trip to Nagano useless. It was 25 degrees Fahrenheit and I pretty much froze to death because all my warm clothes were in my delayed luggage.
What is the best way to complain to NH and what, if any, compensation can I expect to receive?
