Qantas Frequent Flyer - Domestic QF v JQ award

Was looking to spend some points on domestic flight and have a choice to QF or JQ in economy.
Would like to know if there are any any reasons I should choose one flight over another?

They're the same price (in points) aren't they? If so, why is this even a question? If the QF flight time is convenient then take the snack and free drinks on QF.

If you're QF Gold then surely you already know the answer to this.

This will be the first time I will be flying Australia domestic since Jetstar came about!
My Gold is from international trips.
