Qatar Airways Privilege Club - Privilege club Family nomination

This is the first time I am going to fly with Qatar. I have a privilege membership account number, now I would like to nominate my family members.

Is there an online form on Qatarairways.com that I can submit? I just cannot find it. There is a PDF though.

Does family members also earn points or all points go to main membership?

I have to say, Emirates is way better than Qatar in this aspect

Family members do not earn Qpoints... you just earn their miles, but at a lower rate than yourself. ;)

After recently just joining Prevelidge CLub can I nominate and link new family member account?
Or do I have to wait until I get to burgandy level?

At the moment, you need to download the PDF form and send your request to membersvc@qmiles.com

The member may nominate your spouse and children as family members only you are at least burgundy level.

You can only nominate the family program if your status level reach to burgundy.
