Has anyone booked tickets online at qatarairways.com?

No matter how many times I try, it gives me an error message that Credit card details provided do not match the card!!

I spoke to my credit card customer service agent and they said the charge is first applied and them immediately reverted by Qatar payment gateway. So asked me to call qatar support. :rolleyes:

We with my girlfriend had a problem last month but back then the web site would simply not give any response on a stage where you suppose to enter card details but at the same time it worked for me so i purchased for her by entering all the date on my side... i should be trying to buy a ticket soon if I finally find out weather it is reasonable to wait or buy right now if the flight is only in December, then i may write here on how it went )

update: just got a ticked from their web site, paid with master card, went fast and without any problems

not sure what happened on saturday. In any case, I called their support center and got my ticks booked

how do i go about changing my seats online or managing booking.

I have 2 flights to my destinations. It lets me select the seat on my first flight but I cannot navigate anywhere after this.

Anyone else having the same prob?

I changed seats yesterdays and did not have that problem.

Sorted...seemed to be an IE issue, I used Mozilla and works fine.
