SkyTeam - ST ElitePlus benefits to HAV??

I'm planning on booking an AeroMexico flight from MEX-HAV-MEX.

I'm currently Delta Gold Medallion, Skyteam ElitePlus. I know that I cannot accrue Skymiles on flights to Cuba.

My question is, will AeroMexico still offer me SkyTeam ElitePlus privledges, ie baggage allowances, preferred seating, and upgrades if available on flights to Havana?

If not, I think I'll try Cubana to experience a flight on their Soviet jets!
