KLM Flying Dutchman - KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Crippled Me

I was injured during a flight on KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. I received no help from this airline after the injury. I have made a short video, which is not in detail but outlines my story.

I have been trying for over 3 years now to get help from KLM but with no success. I want my story to reach the public.

I am really curious to hear what event on board a KLM aircraft could "cripple" a passenger.

Feeling I get, is that this is some baseless claim, having no legal ground, leaving only option to media smear!

Expecting KL FAs to treat "severe cervical spine injury"? They are FAs not MDs.

Please explain how the seat in front when collapsing can hit someone "square on the top of his head"?
