SAS EuroBonus - bonus points between SK - LX - LH (SAS - Swiss - Lufthansa)

Hello all,

I am trying to get my EUROBONUS silver membership back.

I need 4500points more and I have to the end of april.

So I try my luck with a flight to Dubai.

With SAS I get 2100points for the return flight Oslo - Dubai - Oslo.
Not bad, but that won't be enough to make it to 4500...
Swiss, however, might help me out better.

Does anyone of you know exactly how to calculate the points?

On the way to Dubai I fly class "S" (low economy) on the way back I fly class "H" (economy) I checked this from SAS Eurobonus page: http://www.sas.no/en/EuroBonus/Earn-points/airlines/SWISS/

Oslo-Dubai is 3194 miles (gcmap.com)

Are these calculations correct?

Oslo - Dubai: Swiss - OSL - ZRH - DXB - Class S = 3200/4: 800points

Dubai - Oslo: Swiss - DXB - MUC - ZRH - OSL - Class H = 3200points

Total: 4000points?

Keep in mind, I am a Eurobonus member.... not Miles & More
Is there a difference? Or does SAS copy the same amount of points to my EB account?

For the European legs on Swiss or LH you normally get either 600 or 1000 points in high economy, and 150 and 250 in low. I would guess that OSL ZRH is still short enough to be 600 points, but I don't know. On the longer legs points are normally fairly close to the actual distiance flown. So if you calculate only with the DXB legs by distance, and the rest with fixed points you should get fairly close.

You will get points for the legs flown not the straight distance between OSL and DXB. And OSL-ZRH-DXB is 3852 miles according to gcmap.com.

OSL-ZRH is 886 miles and ZRH-DXB is 2966. With S being low economy (25% and) and H regular economy (100%) this should give you.

Out: 200 or 250 points for OSL-ZRH (0.25x900 depending on how they calculate) and 750 points for ZRH-DXB (0.25x2966).

Return: 3000 points for DXB-ZRH and 900 points for ZRH-OSL.

Total: 4850 or 4900 points (assuming that we are talking about Swiss metal here and posting to EB).

MUC-CPH 1200 (was reebooked to SAS Y-class)
