If I have a 'points plus cash' stay at a Radisson, does this count as an eligible night for status purposes? Also, do I earn points for the cash component of the stay?

Absolutely. With the current triple points promo, C+P is a great deal at the expensive properties. Not only did I get 3,000 online booking bonus, but also triple points (and bonus points) on the cash portion of C+P rate...offsetting the 5000 points I had used to make the C+P reservation.
