Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - 6000 Expiring OK Miles

Lounge pass claimed

So I've got 6K OK miles that I stupidly accumulated that expire very soon.

Is there anything I can do with them at all? I thought Hilton was a partner of OK but it doesn't look like I can move them into my HH account.

I also saw there's a Prague lounge pass for 5K miles, but I live in North America now...

They also have some gifts, but it looks like they will mail merchandise to Europe only...

Any advice? Thanks.

They still are, but minimum to move is 10k (and must be moved in 10k increments).
