Hi everyone
I am sorry I am not experienced with the Etihad Guest Mileage Redemption rules, so i need your help.
I am just about to book a mileage redemption for January 2013. I am doing this so I do not lose some miles that are expiring.
The problem is that once the booking period opens up, will I be able to change this ticket to travel in April 2013 as that is when I really need the redemption flights for.
I called Etihad Guest and they said that I can make 1 change without paying any penalty, I just do not know if the 1 year time frame on the tickets that has been mentioned in other threads would be applicable. Does that 1 year start from date booked or the date of the original mileage redemption.
Any advice greatly received.
