LAN LANPASS - LAN new email addresses

Did I miss something? I spotted on my mobile a new email address for elites (but now cannot find it) I used the old one about 3 weeks ago. Is it now dead?

Is there also a new email address for boarding passes to get missing kms? I sent an email this morning and not even an auto-response from it

Request for kms same using the web form, did so this am and got normal confirmation within the hour.

I tried the "give me my kms" form after i sent the email. seemed to work, well it sent me a request confirmation. I didnt think it worked for BA, IB or AA and all my flights were AA. But I plugged in the ticket number and it seemed to find them just fine. Wonder how long it will be for them to post.

I also called LAN USA and selected option 5 for LANPASS. That's busted too innit

OK just called LANPASS and they wouldnt give me the email address. She said "Why don't I do that over the phone for you Señora?"

After a couple of minutes on hold she said it was done and just awaiting confirmation from AA.

If that is the way they do things now then I guess we cannot complain much

OK you send the boarding passes to the new elite address apparently. Just got this back

Estimada señora Colombia:

Junto con saludarle, comunicamos que para realizar la revision de los vuelos faltantes, es necesario que nos envie a esta misma direccion de correo electronico las copias escaneadas de los boarding pass y la confirmacion de su itinerario, en extension jpeg o pdf o doc.

La informacion indispensable en estos documentos para gestionar su solicitud es:

-Numero de boleto.
-Fecha de viaje.
-Numero de vuelo.
-Clase tarifaria (letra que designa el tipo de tarifa pagada).

Informamos que para las compañias American Airlines, Iberia y Aeromexico, bajo ninguna circunstancia se podra realizar la acreditacion sin el envio de los boarding pass y el numero de boleto.
