Wyndham Rewards - Wyndham bonus points

We went on a time share promotion with promises of 10,000 bonus points to go to our rewards. This was back in Sept. 2011. We have called, emailed and waited. My husband has gotten the run around so many times. The typical response has been..call back in 3 weeks if the points aren't there. Well..the points still aren't there and he is still getting the same response. We really would like for this to be resolved. Any suggestions?

There's little in life as frustrating as waiting for an award when promised. That said, I want to give Wyndham Rewards kudos for prompt awarding of the 6,500 bonus for 2 nights in January. I maxed out the 3 awards in short order and all are safely tucked away in my account.
