Did anyone experience strange behaviours when getting FB Miles of AZ flights? To me it looks like AZ apply some random rule when crediting the miles to FB, the number of miles certainly never match what AZ quote but it is generally in my favour (AZ quoting 0 miles for GVA-FCO results in 750 on my FB account)...trying to understand if there is any logic to this.

If you credit flights to FB, the FB credit rules are used. So when booking an AZ flight their website will quote you miles for their own MilleMiglia program...not for Flying Blue.

The correct rules for crediting AZ flights to FB are stated here:

Do the numbers match that chart?

Thanks for the linkk! And funilly enough, no it doesn't match the chart. I fly AZ quite often on short haul flights and it is very inconsistent. The latest example, I booked one leg in L and one in W on my FB account I got the first for 100% Y equivalent and the second at 50% in W...more generally I mostly get at least one leg at 100% while never booking full fare. I certainly won't complain about it, just trying to find if there is a logic to it

Strange..looking back at some AZ flights I took last summer:

S class: Received 50%
Q class: Received 50%
Y class: Received 100%

While the percentages are correct...the flight credited as Y was actually a lower class that got changed to Y due to irrops.
