I read on another post that this was possible as long as the child had the same last name as the parent. However, I couldn't find any reference to this on either the Hilton or American Airlines websites. Anyone know for sure? (By the way, I saw on the hilton web site that 2 married people can combine their accounts into one, but there was no mention of doing so for children.)

After reading your follow up, I don't think that's possible http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Thank you so much for your reply. Perhaps I misunderstood you, but what I really want to know is if I can take Little Johny's 5000 AA miles and Little Susie's 5000 AA miles (not enough for a Level 5 HH certificate on their own) and somehow transfer them into my (the parent's) HHonor's account to increase the balance on my HH account. Anyone know?
