Hello,

So far i have read threads as many as i could, i am not quite certain several thing, thoug. Hope you would not mind my asking basic things.

This time i have decided to fly with TG first ever in F/C for my annual flight SYD-FUK to see my family sometime in Jun/Jul.
When i checked the fleet it shows SYD-BKK: 747 & BKK/FUK: A333 (new config.), and basically i can chose any seats so far (except row 11 & 17J in A333).

Question 1: i am thinking to grab 1K for 747 & 12B for A333 for both sector. Would that be good?

Question 2: Since TG has changed their policy for access to lounge, i am not quite sure if i could enjoy F lounge for SYD-FUK as BKK-FUK is in C. My question is, If i can i would take early flight (8 hours lay over at BKK), then i would enjoy spa & massage to maximize the experience. Since it is a holiday, i would not mind spending a bit of time at the airport and explore.

Question 3: This is related to Q2. Apart from lounge things, is there any other way to enjoy while i am at BKK airport?

Sorry for such a long post. Any advice would be truly grateful.

Thank you

(1) Seats are a personal thing, but your selection sounds OK to me. Maybe consider a window seat on the A333?

(2) You'll be able to enjoy the Royal First lounge in both directions. First. As a pax arriving in F class, second as a pax departing in F class.

(3) The zroyal First lounge is exceptional and be sure to enjoy the Royal Orchid Spa. On the way over, you can have the 30 min massage, and coming back you'll get the full 60 min massage (allow time to soak in the jacuzzi).

Happy travels.

hgp, Thanks a lot for the advice, particularly clarifying the lounge & spa usage condition. i will make sure to take advantage & enjoy as much as i can.

i do not wish to crawl over my seat mate for the aisle access, but either in B or J, i can still peep out of the windows view, that's my thought...

To Founders/Moderators,

When I created this thread, I completely missed out sticky thread Newbie Lounge. How silly of me...

If possible, please remove this thread, as my original question should have been posted to Newbie lounge and should not stand alone.

My apology and thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,
