It has been a while, but I much prefer row 2. Much more space and quiet.
Row 1 is cramped in front. The closet is near and is periodically used. Seats on the other side are very close by.

I always aim for a window-seat on Row 1 on these flights. The space in front is big enough for you to move in and out without disturbing the seat next to you, and the cupboard in the front wall is rarely, if ever, used during flight.
Row 4 puts you closer to the small "bar" island in the middle, as well as exposing you to more traffic to and from the lavatories.

Thanks
I would do 1JK but im with my wife and I dont know how happy she would be about being only less than a foot away from the person directly next to her in 2C (shes an aisle woman)
does that bar thing actually get used as a drinks bar?
and are these flights rowdy in business? (i know the scandis love a drink)

If it helps, this post (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/18047740-post5.html) has links to a couple of pics I took on the 7442, which show the seats in rows 2 or 4. FWIW, row 2 indeed has more space than row 1.
