Virgin Atlantic Flying Club - Changed flight times but no notification !

Booked an Upper Class flight in June to SFO trmw - noticed on app tonight changed from 11am to 9.45am - called to confirm (took 5 mins to answer) and although call centre staff (where do calls route to ?) Stated flight times changed 4 times since booking confirmed e-mail and mobby number correct but no updates - bit peeved and don't qualify for car on fare - worse things happen but have why no update ? Even United let me know when flight times change :D:D:D

Who did you book with?
If it was direct with VS then they should have emailed you. BTW do you check your spam box or just delete it without looking as emails like this often get sent to the spam folder.
However, if you booked via a travel agent it is their responsibility to let you know (even if VS have your details)
For example last year the flight time of an LX trip was changed. I noticed from checking something else on the Swiss website but the actual change email came from Expedia whom I actually booked it with. This was despite the fact my email etc was included in the LX data.

And the return flight changed as well - some days out of SFO was 15.10 the rest 16.30 - really Virgin are you a scheduled airline :D Even check staff amused at SFO about change of time ! Lounge and staff at SFO were fantastic !!! Crew and plane not - empty cabin - two toilets - o/o/o - IFE didn't work at my seat - saw 2 UC seats not working to fold to bed and crew I regret to say were clueless - took 3 hours to finish meal service and cabin was less than 19 seats in total (upper and lower deck) in UC full - u think crew eating crisps were bad ..
