LAN LANPASS - CUZ-JFK Help

Ending a cruise in Lima and plan to visit Macchu Picchu. If I am correct I cannot use miles to try and get a ticket from Lima to CUZ and then home to JFK. I see I can use miles to get from Lima to JFK. Can I use miles to get a ticket CUZ-LIM-JFK?? and buy the one way ticket from LIM to CUZ. I have tried this on the BA website as as I have BA miles but it won't work.

I would prefer to only use one reward and pay for any other flight I have to. I presume that one award will not cover LIM-CUZ-JFK.

Would one award cover CUZ-JFK (stopping in LIM)?? If so I would only need to purchase a one way ticket from LIM to CUZ.

It seems that the foreigner price for LIM-CUZ return is pretty expensive for a 1 hr flight. Around $360 USD if I recall on LAN.

Maybe you can buy a 1 way LIM-CUZ and then make your return CUZ-LIM-JFK?
