LAN LANPASS - Compensation for no IFE?

Flew SCL-LIM, booked with Avios+cash -- I was originally booked in Y but changed to J a few days before. The IFE didn't work. It only affected a few seats in the J cabin, but the 3 empty seats did not have functioning IFE either.

The FSM simply apologized after seeing it and I couldn't find her after the flight.

I usually fly DL so I'm used to complaining about small things and getting showered with SkyPesos, but I know that's not the norm. Can I get anything from LAN?

Good luck. Last year on Air Pacific to/from Fiji no IFE, no power and no lights in business class going. Coming back in economy no IFE and no lights. I? wrote many letters and emails and finally received a letter back telling me that business class was a lot more than IFE and lights - no compensation.

Hasn't happened to me on LAN, but has several times on BA and they've always coughed up several thousand Avios.

Worth a try I'd say.
