I am booked in Upper Class BOS-LHR. I entered my Booking Reference on the website to get a copy of my itinerary. It would not accept it. I called the reservation line and they told me that since my itinerary had more than 4 segments in it the website could not display it. I was astounded. I have flown multi segment itineraries in the Third World and did not have such problems. The agent said the system was just that bad. I asked them to e-mail me a copy and she said they could not e-mail me a copy. Incredible! I asked to speak to a supervisor. The agent finally returned and said that the supervisor said they would not speak to me since they knew the system could not do these thigns and there was nothing they could do.

This is my first flight on Virgin and perhaps instead of all the glitz they should invest in basic technology. This lack is incredible in this day and age.

What is it that you need to do? If it's seat requests for example you could call back and make them verbally?

Did you get a copy of your eticket?

I have a seat, I want a copy of the reservation/itinerary but since it is more than 4 segments I cannot bring it up on the website, and they cannot e-mail it to me, so they say.

IT is not Virgin's strong-point.

Maybe you could call the Premier line and they could manually input your itenerary details into an email for you?
