Oceania (Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific) - Torquay accommodations

Can anyone recommend a particular hotel/motel in Torquay? Don't really want to pay for Wyndham or Peppers, both of which are almost iimpossible to cancel without charges. Torquay Hotel connected to a bar/restaurant may be pretty noisy on a Sat. night! Any personal experience would be appreciated.

For how many people? And will you have your own transportation? I stayed it a nice little B&B in Jan Juc which isn't all that far from Torquay. I don't have the name of it on me at the moment but when I get home from work tonight I can find it. The rate was extremely reasonable compared to what I was finding available in Torquay but I was also just pulling into town for the night, last minute kind of thing.

Sorry for the delay getting back here. I couldn't find the place online but I swear it was called Annette's B&B or something like that. I guess the fact that I couldn't find it online is a good reason I was still able to get in there at the last minute for a decent price. I only remember there being the one bed so any more than a couple probably won't work there. Other than that, it was the best place I stayed my entire trip.
