Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus - ICN to HKT A330

The new direct service started back in September from ICN to HKT is showing A330 for the equipment in February and March. Does anyone know if this A330 is equipped with the new Panasonc IFE in C? How is the experience in C if anyone has flown this route recently. Thank you for your help.

Those three A330's are internally designated as '33H'; still 330 in the schedule. They are to fly to KIX/NGO/NRT, and to HKG/HAN between those rotations, so unlikely on ICN-HKT anytime soon.

Seating and service are pretty much the same as most current TG long-haul C cabins, i.e. quite good for regional business class.

Showing as 330 in the system so it's the newer of the 330-300s. I am not sure if it has the new panasonic system. As for the seat, I didn't find the 330 C seats to be that comfortable. Of course, my last flight was back in June of 2009 when they first had these new 330s. The seat didn't recline like the slanted flat seats in 772s or 773s.. but adequate for 4-5 hour flights. If you can switch to OZ flight, that might be a better option, in my opinion.
