Swiss International Airlines - Need help with quick transfer

I fly on one day from Waw-Zrh-Fco
Same plane 45 minutes later from Fco-Zrh-Bkk
Same on return fly from Bkk

So I have 2 clear LX ticket Fco-zrh-bkk and return and Waw-zrh-fco and return
All in biz class.
How to do with check in my bag?
I have no time to pick up my bag in FCO, becouse i go out and in to same plane:)
Its possible to send it direct from Waw to Bkk or?
Swiss say, no possible, no time for that in FCO becouse of 2 tickets.
Maybe I send my bag from Waw to zrh. Then fly on, and when I arrive back from FCO, I go to finde and lost and pick up my bag, and check in to Bkk:) ( I have 5 h in ZRH before start to BKK)



Any idea?

Try at airport to ask them to put all the way through for you, which, as long as you have flight numbers handy, they can pull you up on screen and connect your bags all the way. (If they feel like doing their jobs) Otherwise, try to get them to send them to ZRH to pick up when you return, although this tends to be disallowed as it could encourage people to try hidden city ticketing, and I would see it as FAR more likely for them to send your bags all the way. But honestly, you never know until you get there, so good luck.

Even when on two tickets you should be able to check the luggage thru on all the sectors.
The MCT is 45 minutes, this should be possible (they most likely will not do this when you have less than 45 min because the luggage needs to be offloaded, sorted and then put back on the plane
